Updated and built prototypes to improve transactional flows, gained learnings of user behavior through A/B testing, and coded dynamic and performant elements to enhance overall customer experience.

Created design systems in Figma and Sketch, and helped maintain a front end code base to ensure consistent usage of components through a rebranding and modernization process.

Developed website and email campaigns with a focus on data and engagment metrics to gauge performance.

Aided in creative concepting on several accounts, which became intergrated into creative strategies.

Updated and redesigned marketingplay.com, which included uploading current content onto an FTP server, as well as redrafting a Flash heading banner to become more condensed and animated.

Edited videos to be included in a self standing Flash Player.
